Privacy policy

This is a translation. If the English and Dutch versions differ, the Dutch version applies.

Fidel Agency values your privacy. In this policy we explain clearly which personal data we process, why, how long we keep it and which rights you have. We process no more data than necessary and we never sell your data.

4. Cookies

This website only uses functional storage that is needed to make the site work: your browser remembers that you have seen the cookie notice. We place no tracking or advertising cookies and use no analytics cookies that follow you. If you book a call, the Cal.com scheduler opens; it may place its own functional cookies. No consent is required for functional cookies; we do show a notice so that you know what is happening.

5. Who we share data with

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do use carefully selected suppliers (processors) to run our services, under a data processing agreement:

  • Hosting (Vercel): for serving the website.
  • Formspree: forwards the message from the contact form to us as an email. Formspree is an American company; your message may therefore be processed in the United States.
  • Supabase: stores a copy of your enquiry from the contact form, so that we can follow it up.
  • Cal.com: when you book a call through our scheduler.
  • Email provider: for our correspondence with you.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes above. Contact details from an enquiry that does not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Data we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) is kept for the statutory period of 7 years.

7. How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unlawful use, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access on a need-to-know basis.
